LINDSAY GUNN

Lindsay's approach to teaching is rooted from place of deep love & compassion for each individuals unique journey and wanting to see all those around her living happily, freely, and aligned with their most authentic selves. Her intention is to lovingly welcome you exactly as you are, and to provide a safe and comforting space that nurtures and supports you on your personal journey.

 

Lindsay gently encourages each person to show up fully in the present moment, inviting you to embrace your unique self and experience the full depth of the practice - uniting mind, body, and spirit. Her approach to teaching draws from traditional yoga, always beginning with a dharma talk that explores a wide range of topics, each designed to help you expand your consciousness and come back to the love that is (and always has been) your birthright.

In her classes, Lindsay creates a loving, supportive space for you to discover a new way of being, both in your body and in the world around you. Her hands-on adjustments are often described as healing in nature, and her classes blend deep philosophical insights with an invigorating, fun, and loving energy that leaves you feeling uplifted and grounded at the same time.
