SELFLESS LOVE FLOW
Our Selfless Love Flow is a studio favorite that draws students back time and time again for its unique fusion of dynamic movement, alignment, and profound spiritual teachings. This open-level Vinyasa Flow is designed to align your body, mind, and heart through a series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath. With a focus on energy, alignment, and intention, each sequence creates space for greater openness, not only in your body but in your daily life as well.

In every class, you’ll find a variety of options and modifications, empowering you to choose what best serves you in the moment. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or simply honor where you are that day, you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and adjust poses to fit your needs, ensuring that the flow is both challenging and accessible for all.

Modifications are always offered, allowing each person to practice at their own pace, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired after every session.

AROMA FLOW
Our Aroma Flow combines the dynamic movement, alignment, and profound spiritual teachings of our popular Selfless Love Flow with the soothing power of essential oils. This open-level Vinyasa Flow class is designed to align your body, mind, and heart through a series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath, while the healing scents of aromatherapy enhance the experience on a deeper level.

In each class, you’ll flow through sequences with intention and focus, creating space for greater openness in both your body and your daily life. With a variety of options and modifications available, you’ll be empowered to listen to your body and adjust poses to best serve your needs in the moment - whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or simply honor where you are that day. This approach ensures that the practice is both challenging and accessible for all levels.

If you love our Selfless Love Flow and aromatherapy, you are sure to love our Aroma Flow with the infusion of essential oils, carefully selected to complement the dharma and energy of the class. These oils will be applied topically at specific points throughout the practice, as well as subtly sprayed around the room, creating a calming, sensory experience that supports your mind and spirit. As the aroma fills the space, you’ll feel grounded and recharged, while the deep philosophical teachings woven into the practice invite you to expand your perspective, reconnect with your soul, and approach life with clarity and purpose.​ Our Aroma Flow offers a complete experience for your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a sense of inner peace... all while smelling great!

STRETCH & STRENGTHEN
Our Stretch & Strengthen is a dynamic Vinyasa-style practice where poses flow seamlessly from one to the next, creating a rhythmic sequence that connects movement with breath. While classes often have a fast-paced, energizing flow, you’ll also experience moments of softness and gentleness woven throughout, allowing you to balance strength with release. The focus of this practice is on smooth transitions and synchronizing each movement with your breath, cultivating a deeper inward awareness. The class will begin with slower-paced movements to warm up, gradually building in intensity to a peak before winding down to a calm and grounding finish. Perfect for those looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and connect more deeply to their breath and body, Stretch & Strengthen offers both challenge and flow in a balanced, thoughtful way.

RESTORE & RESET W/ REIKI
Restore & Reset with Reiki is a deeply restorative yoga practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your body and mind. This class invites you to unwind through passive stretching, using props to support long-held postures that allow your body to open and release tension that’s accumulated over time. The gentle flow of this practice creates a peaceful space for relaxation, allowing you to fully surrender and let go of stress.

With each supported posture, you’ll have the opportunity to breathe deeply and melt into the present moment, as the instructor provides hands-on Reiki healing to enhance the experience. Reiki energy works to balance your energy, promote healing, and bring a profound sense of calm, making this practice not only restorative for your body but rejuvenating for your spirit as well.
Whether you’re looking to recover from physical stress or simply find some time to rest and reset, this class offers a sanctuary of peace and healing. It's the perfect way to nurture your body, recharge your energy, and leave feeling deeply relaxed and restored.

FUN-LOVING FLOW
Our Fun-Loving Flow is a vibrant, high-energy class inspired by and created for our beloved teacher, Denise, who infuses every session with her unique blend of joy, laughter, and playful, warm-hearted energy. This class is the perfect balance between challenge and lighthearted fun, offering a dynamic flow that gets your body moving while keeping the mood upbeat and enjoyable.

Denise brings her special flair to the mat, encouraging you to push your limits while she provides loving adjustments ensuring that you never take yourself too seriously. Expect to work your body, engage your mind, and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. While the class is infused with elements of power yoga due to it's more rapid moving pace, it stays true to its playful roots, offering a fun yet invigorating practice that will leave you feeling energized and uplifted, regardless of whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. If you're looking to add a little spice to your routine, break free from the seriousness of your practice, or simply have a great time while moving on the mat, this class is for you.

*WARM* ALIGN & ACTIVATE
Our *Warm* Align & Activate is an empowering alignment-based Vinyasa flow designed to help you connect with your body in new and transformative ways. With a focus on strong alignment and the intentional activation of muscle groups, this class challenges you to deepen your practice while building strength and stability.
​
This class is an opportunity to kick up the heat (both in your body as well as the room), become more present, move aligned, and more conscious of proper activation. By bringing full awareness to each strengthening pose and staying connected to your breath, you’ll cultivate a deeper understanding of your own body and its potential, while always being encouraged to embrace going beyond your comfort zone. This practice it great for those looking for a challenge, to refine their alignment, or explore more ways to engage.

Held in a warm room (75-85°F), this class provides a balanced environment to move, sweat, and grow while ensuring that your practice remains mindful , intentional, and expansive.

CANDLELIGHT SLOW FLOW
Our Candlelight Slow Flow offers a peaceful and restorative way to unwind and relax at the end of your day. Bathed in the soft glow of candlelight, this practice helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, triggering a deep relaxation response and allowing you to slow down both physically and mentally. Taught at a meditative pace, this class emphasizes calm, stillness, and mindful movement, giving you the time and space to listen to your body’s needs and intuitively respond to its cues. The slower, more restful flow invites you to let go of tension and stress, bringing a sense of peace and rejuvenation to your body and mind. Held entirely in candlelight, this class creates a serene atmosphere, making it an ideal practice for all levels, whether you’re looking to ease into your evening or simply find a moment of quiet reflection at the end of your day.

DEEP STRETCH VINYASA
Our Deep Stretch Vinyasa offers the perfect blend of deep stretching and flowing movement, providing a balanced approach to both release and activation. In this class, postures are held for extended periods to allow you to fully awaken the body and clear the mind. Expect deep hip, back, and leg openings with longer holds that target not just the muscles, but also the connective tissues and fascia, helping to release stored tension and increase flexibility. These deep stretches are interwoven with Vinyasa flows to build strength, improve mobility, and keep your energy moving.

Designed to open the body and peel away layers of stress and tension, this class invites you to slow down and connect more deeply with yourself. With a slower pace than other flows, our Deep Stretch Vinyasa offers a mindful, slightly more meditative spin on a typical vinyasa flow that will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and more open - physically and mentally. This class is a great segue for beginners or those coming back from injury, as it is a slower practice, but is still flow-based.

FOUNDATIONAL (BEGINNER) FLOW
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, looking to refine your practice, or seeking a creative sequence to bring you into the present moment, our Foundational Flow is the perfect class for you. Suitable for all body types and experience levels, this class provides a welcoming space to learn and grow. Guided through Vinyasa (flow) style sequences, you’ll receive clear, anatomical instruction to help you build a strong foundation for your practice. Each posture is introduced with mindful alignment cues, allowing you to move with greater awareness and confidence while deepening your understanding of your body. This class is designed to meet you where you are and give you the tools to progress in your yoga journey, all while moving at a pace that supports your unique needs.

RISE & SHINE FLOW
Start your day with vibrant energy in this 60-minute flow-based practice designed to wake up your body and brighten your spirit. Begin with gentle movements to ease into the morning, gradually transitioning into a more invigorating flow that activates your energy and leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. By the end of class, you’ll feel relaxed, energized, and ready to take on whatever the day brings.
